Returns and Exchanges
What is our returns policy?
Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days from the day order has shipped (Local and International Orders, including holidays and weekends).
Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund / exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, complete with clothing tag label still attached that can be returned or exchanged. Returns are not available for custom embroidered item - However, faulty such as pulled embroidery or item is not as ordered will be available for returns (We will exchange them to another item to fix the embroidery). Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a email / Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know before sending your item.

Note: Shipping costs will be handled by you and packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed or handled by us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Pro-tip: Take a picture of your parcel being received by the logistics courier for documentation purposes and attach it in your email. If you are shipping item above IDR 500,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping with insurance and we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
This terms and conditions applies to International orders who wishes to return your items to us. Note that shipping fees, tax and customs charges will be handled by you.
By sending your item(s) back to us, you have understood and agreed upon all the terms and conditions mentioned above. Please do not proceed with the return if you are uncomfortable with any of the stated terms. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
