Returns and Exchanges
What is our returns policy?
Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days from the day order has shipped (Local and International Orders, including holidays and weekends).
Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, complete with clothing tag label still attached that can be returned or exchanged. Returns are not available for custom embroidered item - However, faulty such as pulled embroidery or item is not as ordered will be available for returns (We will exchange them to another item to fix the embroidery). Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

Note: Shipping costs will be handled by you and packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed or handled by us.
Pro-tip: Take a picture of your parcel being received by the logistics courier for documentation purposes and attach it in your email.
This terms and conditions applies to International orders who wishes to return your items to us. Note that shipping fees, tax and customs charges will be handled by you.
